Simple.

M4 without silencer deals more damage and has a lower recoil BUT its bullets tends to jump around when spraying.

M4 with silencer however deals lesser damage with more recoil BUT its bullets are more "stucked" together.

A simple example is by shooting 2 m4 bullets with and without silencer at an enemy's head. There would be a higher chance that the m4 with the silencer would hit the opponent twice dealing a hs but the m4 without the silencer would have a chance that one bullet would be place above the other.

Correct me if i'm wrong

For AK, I would range my shooting styles according to the situation.

When the enemy's not moving, or in a case stops to take a shot at you, you could simply go for a headshot, or tap 4-5 bullets at the enemy's chest area. Either way, if your crosshair happen to be too far away from the enemy, such as you do not deal a headshot, or do not land at least 4 bullets on the enemy, you have wasted that round of bullets.

For close range, i would go for an easy spray to the body, or if possible, the head, dealing instant kill.

mp DOES HAVE recoil. It's just very low. Only gun that does not have recoil is teh l337 GLOCK
